Hello,

I don’t understand why you are asking the question after you have signed your construction contract?

That is nonsense, the use of steel fiber concrete is standardized according to DIN and can be used without concern.

A floor slab usually has a thickness of 20-25 cm, depending on structural requirements. It would be interesting to know with which provider and under what conditions you signed ...

Rhenish regards

Since I’m not such a professional expert like you, I wouldn’t have thought that floor slabs can be so different. how reassuring Specific company names should only be discussed in the non-public Prime forum. I don’t want to register there. Furthermore, I don’t want to badmouth the company without knowing enough. Apparently, there are load-bearing and non-load-bearing floor slabs? Since we still have a ring foundation underneath, the load on the floor slab is probably not too high, I hope.
