Hello!
Originally, only a carport was planned, but now a masonry storage room measuring 3.50 x 4.00 m is to be added.
Since 20 cm of gravel has already been applied and compacted, I would rather not dig by hand :( down to the frost depth with the foundation, but prefer to reinforce the floor slab.
Question: With this substructure as a capillary-breaking layer - what could the floor slab look like then? Is reinforcement with 2 steel mesh mats sufficient? Any additional tips?
