Really? I hadn't even noticed that the building authority was there. Only the surveying office was there more often. The general contractor had commissioned them before construction started, after demolition to check if the old walls fit. The plan and reality didn't match, then it was checked if the house fit as planned, the boundary distance was tight. Maybe that was enough. Then shortly after moving in, everything was finally surveyed.
