Bartl air-water heat pump condensate runs under the screed

With our internally installed heat pump Bartl ECO 5 LI-C/HG, year of manufacture 2020, condensate is leaking. The general contractor, Fensterle, blames us because the condensate drain is supposed to be checked regularly. However, it was not clogged. Due to missing joints between the floor and wall of the boiler platform and in the entire technical room, condensate from the heat pump runs under the screed. A condensate outlet to the outside is present, but apparently it cannot catch all the condensate. Has anyone had similar experiences? And how were they resolved? Are there regulations regarding the design of a technical room in the basement?

A condensate pump and connection to the drainage would be one possible solution.

Someone must have planned it incorrectly. How small is the drain so that it is insufficient? Can't it be enlarged as an alternative to the first suggestion?

Are there regulations regarding the implementation of a technical room in the basement?

Where is the condensate drain, where is it connected, and why does it then not drip into this drain but onto the floor? None of these questions can be answered by a forum. For this, pictures and descriptions from you are required. There are guidelines (regulations) for the installation of the heat pump and the condensate drain. Have these been followed? (Apparently not!)
