Dear forum community,
our house construction is progressing very well, of course we have already received numerous invoices and so far everything regarding financing etc. has worked out.
However, apparently I made the mistake at the beginning of paying several higher installments out of equity. But when building, you always need some "petty cash" – for example, for purchases at the hardware store or for acquaintances, friends who pitch in and help.
The bank, however, requires an invoice for every payment.
If I now need a (larger) sum in cash – can I then submit an invoice of the same/similar amount that I already paid out of equity in May, but now provide as proof? However, at the beginning, when the bank requested proof of the house construction contract etc., I had already submitted the invoices and stated "paid out of equity"...

Why don't you just talk to your bank about your problem?

Any invoice can be submitted, but of course only once. If you have only mentioned costs that have already been paid, but the invoice has not yet been submitted, you can also do it later. Of course, the item [Eigenkapital] remains [Eigenkapital], so the bank has nothing to do with it. In the end, you only receive your loan amount. That’s how it is with us.

Hello

I would ask the bank about that. It should not be a problem to either transfer the invoice amount back to you or to pay out an amount X directly without submitting an invoice for "muscle power & co."

We had the same issue to clarify with the bank... it was a bit of a hassle, but in the end I got my money from them.

It's hardly a problem at any bank. Just go there, explain the problem, and I think in a few days the money will be in your account.
