of course it is too late now, for us too... but: I would never ever ever take a notary suggested by the realtor again.

The advantage, the notary of the real estate agent, is only one: quick processing through connections. The notary himself must work and certify according to official rules. Nonsense is not allowed there.

Phone calls and messenger runs on the construction side help to complete a workflow faster. But I wouldn’t worry too much about it. What could it be? Shared pump use, shared pipeline, permission to enter the property. Something trivial.

Probably the bank just wants to file it away. In our case, 5 Reichsmark were recorded because the federal government and a nearby highway owned it. Nobody gave a damn.

Hopefully it will happen as you write. The office takes up to 5 weeks! Therefore, with the planned move-in in May, it will also be tight. Nice is different. Have a nice weekend.
