It’s not a good feeling to have obstacles placed in our way right at the beginning of the financing, but we no longer have time to look for another bank. Everything is unfortunately very urgent.

If this is the last unexpected thing the bank throws at us, we will be glad. The appraisal costs over 1000 euros.
