Badly planned, how to set up?

The wooden thing is an infrared cabin ;-) The idea is to fit something like that into the space. Attached is the next attempt, which I actually like a lot; I just didn't have a proper bathtub in the planner, so you'd need to find something special that fits into the corner, slightly rotated, and the rest of the corner would be tiled up to bathtub height as a shelf. The cabinets are still missing, but in terms of layout it shouldn't be too bad, right?

Open shower with 1x1m? We currently have an open shower with at least 1.5m (if not even 2m) and the water still splashes into the room. I would prefer the L-solution if it absolutely has to be open/walk-in, so that the splashes hit a wall. As ypg has shown. Or skip the trend. We are cured of it. :D

I am somewhat confused about the measurements. Are these external or internal dimensions? I have something else, the program also knows bathtubs, but no saunas or pre-wall systems ;)
