As you write it, I can only advise you to do it yourself. You will finish faster that way. Use a ready-made filler, not exactly the one you suggested, and you will be done in 2 hours.

I see it the same way. Rather than being annoyed for weeks about uncooperative behavior from the BU, it’s better to patch something yourself with filler. You usually have that at home anyway.

I would also quickly take care of it myself, then it will be done quickly

That's how it is. Because of such trivial stuff, no one takes action. That can be added to the list again during a final inspection, but no one comes for a single report like that...

If he doesn't know what to use to fill it himself, he will probably also have trouble figuring out how to putty it (This is not an accusation). I wonder, as in other threads here, why so many people give the advice "do it yourself quickly," "the hassle is not worth it," etc.

It looks like it was done sloppily.

This is a new building and it should be just that: NEW and therefore professionally done and according to recognized rules of technology.

Notify, have it corrected, check, and done. All of that BEFORE paying.

If no money arrives, someone will move quickly. If you pay the full amount beforehand, you will only be laughed at and made a fool of.
This is all sad, but I did not make these rules.
