Backflow prevention - pump or lifting system?

our new building is below street level. Originally, we had planned a lifting station. Now, we have been offered the Pumpfix F from Kessel as an alternative, since there is a sufficient gradient to the sewer. Would you rather opt for the lifting station or choose the Pumpfix F?

I decided on the Pumpfix for our similarly situated case. It seemed more sensible to me to normally use the natural slope and only rely on the pump in the rare (or even never) occurring case of backwater. The lifting station is always operating, and if it breaks down, then it's a pain (SCNR). Attention: maintenance is not cheap (€440 net per maintenance) and should at least be carried out by customer service during the warranty/guarantee period.
