You are upset about 4 months during which you have to pay construction period interest, but you get 1.40% for 20 years?

Even if those 4 months then cost you €2000-€4000, be happy about the €50,000-€100,000 saved interest over 20 years compared to the current situation.

Hi, just a tip: review your contract again. In my Sparda-Bank contract (West), the repayment also starts earlier (start date x), even though the loan is not fully disbursed yet. (It's not a disadvantage and you can have a good conversation with them) Invoices were sent via the online portal or email
