Attic expansion - is knee wall/short wall interior insulation sensible/necessary?

.....Is the construction of the knee wall "insulation" (pre-built Poroton+Heraklith+light plaster) from back then sufficient in relation to the remaining masonry (36.5 + 2), or is it advisable to insulate again from the inside? What concerns me above all is that the dew point does not shift and that moisture/mold does not later accumulate on the concrete inside...
