Attic concrete screed - How to reduce screed dust?

Hello everyone,

we have an unfinished attic. The ceiling is insulated, the floor is made of concrete.

Although the attic is used solely as a cellar replacement = storage space, the constant dust is still annoying... despite multiple sweepings and vacuumings.

My first thought was to apply a primer here, but I was looked at askance in a hardware store ;O)

Does anyone have another idea?

My biggest concerns are regarding moisture etc.

I hope someone can help me.

Wilckens garage floor paint. Google that. A K and cheap and sufficient.
