It's quite old, but there are "insulation anchors," like Tox Thermo. The customer service of the prefabricated house company should help with that.
I used Tox Thermo 50mm for the mailbox. But be careful: Use an 18mm drill bit to remove the plaster layer (but do not drill into the insulation layer), and then use an 8mm drill bit to drill a hole about 2 to 3 cm deep into the wood fiber insulation. If the hole is not big enough, the anchor might break while drilling due to too much resistance. It should glide in relatively easily and leave some space. Then, use painter’s acrylic in the gap and screw the anchor all the way in. Possibly add some more painter’s acrylic on top so that no moisture gets into the wood fiber insulation. The anchors have holes at the head/ring, where you can easily inject painter’s acrylic, which then spreads inside.
This is how I did it, but not without consulting the prefabricated house customer service.
