What do you think of the different brackets for glass panels from Abstandshalter.com?

This would be my idea:

My uncle (own glass studio) glues mirrors and glass panels, to my knowledge, with special mirror adhesive tape. If necessary, this can be loosened with a fishing line. However, the adhesive tape has to hold not only the glass panel but also hooks and a jacket. Therefore, one should actually consider framing the panel in wood or at least mounting something at the bottom to stand it up.

Since creating this post, I have been wondering how anyone comes up with the idea of using glass for children.

Otherwise, I would treat a glass bottom like a board and take two overlays, whatever.

After reading through the threads, it seems to be about a back wall? The logic does not make sense to me there. Treat the back wall like a mirror wall. Otherwise: there are hooks for smooth surfaces too :)

Yvonne, indeed I also wondered about that, but it was not the topic, which is why my concern was to show what would be possible. Well, it’s maybe a bit like asking for a recipe for [Schwarzwälder-Kirsch Torte] for a children’s birthday... :) ;)
