Assistance with the work contract, payment terms

In an online law firm, you can have contracts reviewed quite quickly and cheaply (I only found this out a few hours ago). Due to time constraints, it was not completely thorough. Here in the city, I had called lawyers specializing in construction law. Appointments were quite complicated – only in a few days, phone appointments, etc. Moreover, the cost situation was quite unclear, and I can't deal with that at all, hence the online law firm.

You should have the documents checked in your own interest _before_ you even think about signing a contract for work. If the payment schedule already provides 71% for a closed shell, the rest of the contract is surely also "interesting."

I would not recommend accepting this payment schedule. To me, it seems as if the trades for the interior finishing are to be paid before they even begin.

Is there a "sample payment schedule" for a single-family house with a basement? Opinions on the internet differ and are often vague :(
How high should a guarantee be issued?

We currently have a similar case – the first payment was supposed to be made for the creation of the plans/building application amounting to 8%. In my opinion, that is far too much (which we will not accept either).
