When doing your own work, always factor in material and time (double burden). Usually, the savings are not as enormous as hoped, or you end up spending the saved money elsewhere. So it is better to calculate with the regular amount.

thank you very much for your initial assessments. In reality, I did not calculate with 350,000 - 400,000 euros ;-(
