Hello Halmi,

forgive me that this gets a bit out of hand here, but it is in the interest of all forum participants that false statements are corrected and that the impression is not created that wrong is right.

My statements in this thread have tried to relativize once, so they were rather meant as support to show that 100 euros can be correct (it is really an extreme range), but lunch is really cheap.

And the last comment was not directed at you. So please do not always relate everything that is written to yourself.

But there are dedicated forum participants here who contribute their knowledge out of a sense of community to point out pitfalls to those asking questions.

The question of how far that is from your personal situation cannot be answered without asking. If you had been around here a bit longer or if you took the trouble to search the forum, you would come across numerous threads where people – even with good or very good incomes – piece together their dream house and then are completely shocked when they see where they actually stand.

But of course, if you already know everything better anyway, then just finance your house with your overdraft, just as you seriously considered.

It will work out. /Irony

Best regards
Dirk Grafe

It was the same for me. Only answers that don't concern you in the slightest and then bitch fights among each other... Very helpful stuff.

What exactly are your concrete questions now? In terms of income (including child benefit ), the project is basically financeable and feasible.

Where can we help now? What needs to be questioned or calculated?

Dirk Grafe, exactly your statements are completely useless and purely provocative. No one here intends to finance their house construction through the overdraft...
