From current experience, I can tell you that a house 5 meters from the street, where the sewer is 5 meters deep, costs 10k just for the excavation for the sewer connection!!! In total, the connections for electricity/water/sewage/telecom cost about 27K, and you’re lucky to be able to thank someone that one will still come out this year and not turn towards the Eifel, because out of 40 inquiries there were 38 refusals with the note to inquire again in spring 2022. I do not want to scare you with this, as prices can vary greatly by region, but we are currently experiencing the harsh reality.
