So, when moving into the new property, you basically sell the current house "on the fly," that is, before it's finalized in the end?

Almost. The house was completed 4.5 years ago – at the same time as the separation. Then I spontaneously bought a condominium, the sale of which will be notarized again next Monday, so that I can start on the new house from August.

As I always write here. The respective property fits the life situation. And with every sale I have also made a good profit.

Crazy...

That's how I do it too.

Naturally, that doesn't work for me as a tenant.

We have something similar: the same system, but more colorful natural stone... I don’t even remember which one, but it’s quite well known and available in all those stores. Important: one is 4 cm thick, the other only 2. So lighter then. A very nice effect, better than 2D methods.

That's really something nice. I will definitely use it to design the wall behind my living room wall unit, which is kept in black and white, after moving in. Should anything be considered regarding the substrate? I am thinking of applying it either directly onto Q2 plaster or having the painter, who will be there anyway, at least put up painter’s fleece wallpaper beforehand. He is doing that on the other walls anyway, and it might be a good idea for any time after the slate tiles?
