Are there houses that even professional software cannot depict?

Just to put the topic of illegal copies to rest... For non-commercial use, there is a nice BIM software available for free and with enough YouTube videos. You just have to knock on Autodesk's door. Because asking costs nothing.

That should fulfill all wishes.

It's just a question of how much time one wants to invest.
