Hi,
we recently noticed that the wall of the chimney facing the attic is damp. Somehow water is coming through the roof or from the chimney above the roof.
We had a tinsmith look at it and they said the chimney needs to be clad because water gets through the outer stones (chimney cladding) or their joints and then runs inside.
The offer is
Totals net €1452 and gross €1728, quite a chunk of money
I had no idea before what something like this costs and wanted to ask if these numbers are "okay" here.
What do you think?

[*]1 stainless steel cover 1mm 1.75x1m = €98
[*]3.5m side sheet at €30 = €42
[*]2m breast sheet at €40 = €40
[*]Solder and operating materials = €50
[*]20 hours labor (2x10) = €1100
