Hello,

nothing has been signed yet, but the special requests are also crucial here.

Network socket fits - I was also shocked at how expensive they are, especially since not a single one (!) was planned for us...

If you pay 1 million for your basic package house, these are expensive surcharges. If your house cost 180 K€, it is cheap. What matters is what you pay in the end for your house and what the other providers charge for the same equipment.

Hello, here is the distinction surcharge/special request
[*]Surcharge underfloor heating €57/sqm + €145 per thermostat = surcharge [*]Electric shutters €240 per window = surcharge [*]Garage €10,000 = special request [*]Decentralized ventilation €1,600 per room = special request [*]Second bathroom €5,000 = special request [*]An extra living room in the basement €5,000 = special request [*]Network €100 per socket = special request [*]Parking space €3,000 = special request
How many thermostats would you recommend?

2. Is IMHO cheap to okay.
3. Depends (precast concrete garage or steel garage? Which door? Including foundations? Etc. pp.) -- Depending on that, 10,000 euros can be extremely cheap or just barely okay.
5. Hard to say, bathrooms are always twice as expensive as a normal person would expect (sorry, my very personal experience with bathroom suppliers). Here you need to know what the basis is ... Is your special request just a bigger sink or does the whirlpool already belong to it?
