I agree with you.
For this reason, we have only exceeded our current costs for rent and utilities by 100€.
This leaves us enough money to cover any possible short-term expenses.
Since we are getting married this month and my employer gives 200 euros more salary per month for married employees, it is currently the best time for us to build without having to significantly restrict ourselves.
But of course, we will reconsider the point of equity capital.
Ultimately, that is also the only obstacle.
We hope that we can realize our construction project soon anyway.
