Are damp spots on the clinker normal?

Hello everyone,

we are currently building (massively), the construction is almost completed and the acceptance inspection will follow. But I now increasingly notice 'wet' spots on the clinker (see picture). On dry days they are not so noticeable, but they do appear, even when it is not raining.

What could that be? Could that possibly be normal?

Thanks for tips and your answers.

Best regards

The winter is outside... moisture from the air simply condenses on the house walls...

You will know this from cars... if you don't have a parking heater and have to leave the house in the morning, you have to scrape this moisture off the windows...

Is that only on the weather page or everywhere? Do the spots disappear if it was sunny and windy for one day?

The stains are all over the house. Sometimes the stains disappear in sun and wind. However, they were already there in summer, not only now in the cold season.

Under the window the windowsill + 2-3 rows of bricks underneath is normal (the water that splashes against the window has to stay somewhere). In the picture it looks strange and it gives the impression that the water collects in the corner there and cannot drain properly. Do you have an inspector for the acceptance?

In my fully brick-clad house (also dark stones), something like this has not occurred so far (not even under the windows, the brick stones under the windows are slightly slanted and protrude so that the water drips off). I would therefore have said that this is not normal, but I only have this one house, maybe there are other construction methods.
