Hi,

here is my topic about house purchase advice:

Now I would like to know from you whether I should take a building expert (IHK/TÜV, master bricklayer, civil engineer) or an architect specialized in old building renovation with me to the second detailed inspection and possibly commission them later? Or even both? First the building savings contract and then, if they give the "OK," take the architect along for further planning?

Thanks and best regards
