Architect for planning a single-family house in the Kitzingen/Würzburg area

Regarding the mentioned amount of 5000€, in my opinion - as long as the gentleman does his job properly - you can't go wrong. If it is already supposed to fail because of that, then the project should be reconsidered very carefully!

I have now obtained a few offers and more are still pending.
Whether an architect does a good job and thus saves me from problems/rebuilds and even demolitions that arise afterwards or during the construction phase is unfortunately not known in advance.
You can only refer to acquaintances and their experiences.
