Architect, Construction Manager - Which documents after construction?

Well, because I want to remodel, plant, drill, expand, clean, connect, enclose, change, etc.
Ideally with a huge number of (self-created) pictures with scale at traceable reference points. Why did I underline that? Sometimes I can no longer even trace my own thought processes from more than two years ago ;)

And of course, additionally, instructions, maintenance manuals, warranty documents, care instructions, etc.

what does he still need that for later?

So that he doesn’t ask questions here in the forum like "my heat pump isn’t working properly – but I have no idea how the heating system was designed" ;). Or if there is moisture at the windows/the attic or wherever, and we rightfully ask here "what does the detailed planning for the connection or whatever look like?".
