Hello

I am currently planning 2 single-family houses with my parents-in-law. Both houses will be exactly the same but mirrored. We want to build both houses completely on our own. So I only need the architect for the planning, building application, and the structural engineer for their services, see attachment. Unfortunately, I cannot upload the plans as they are too large. Here are the details: 8.85m x 8.85m floor plan, adjacent garage 7m x 4m, 2 full floors with basement and a very flat hipped roof.

I would just like to know if the prices for this are reasonable.
The architect would like €12,000 for both houses and the structural engineer see offer.

I would appreciate some responses.

Good evening,

What creation price did the architect use as the basis for the calculation of the fee?

Rhenish regards

Hello,

After the user "humi" kindly pointed out that "reading" can help

There is nothing to complain about this offer; I would even say it is exceptionally inexpensive for 2 houses.

Rhenish greetings
