I already know that. But the program ends on 12/31/2020. Before that, documents still need to be obtained. In other words, anyone who does not have all the documents ready before Christmas 2020 and cannot submit the application would, strictly speaking, be out, because only complete documents can be submitted and reviewed.

Yes, but that is a completely different point. You could of course bring forward [die Kinderplanung] and thus solve all problems at once.

Anyone who wants to build traditionally stone by stone with a basement and everything else and is currently dealing with the topic of house construction but is not yet in the planning phase will have problems finishing before the deadline. It is not just about wanting to start, but about the scheduling of the general contractor or shell construction worker. They must also have free capacities. Many basically promise that if the day is long.

The original poster has not said a word yet about whether they already have a general contractor or shell construction worker.

But moving up the child planning would be the safest way to get the construction child benefit, that’s true!

You have to check anyway if there are still funds available in May 2020. Currently, 500 million have already been allocated for the applications from 2018. If the funding pool is empty, there is nothing left unless the budget is increased.

The TEs who do not answer follow-up questions after 2 days can be forgotten... they were not worth a response anyway, nor should they ever receive one in the future. Wasted time! No decency. Such users should have a black mark placed on their profile.
