Hello Jochen,
During our construction project, we fully closed the street a total of three times.
The first time was during the basement construction (3 days), then during the house installation (3 days), and the last time for the installation of the garages (1 day).
The corresponding official permit cost us EUR 40.00 each time - regardless of the duration.
We were even able to borrow the required no-parking signs and [ ] free of charge from the city’s depot. For transport and assembly and disassembly, a small trailer and the muscle power of my brother and me were sufficient.
We informed all residents about the respective closure approximately 2 weeks in advance with a friendly letter and asked them to park any cars needed during the closure period in adjacent streets.
Regards,
Dirk
