Application for exemption from full storey requirement

If what you write is true, you are currently not complying with the development plan if you adapt your building project to the existing building.

What arguments do I have to achieve an exemption from the full-storey regulation? We will soon meet with the building authority and the city.

In my opinion, exclusively the financial disadvantage for you – nevertheless, it solely depends on the responsible employee and/or their department head. So treat them the way you want to be treated ;) Rhineland regards

Thank you very much for your feedback. Then I am curious to see how the office will decide after the conversation. We will then try to pull at their heartstrings, bigger room for our little daughter, etc., more living quality, and so on.

Wrong approach: Additional costs due to smaller rooms caused by setback at the partition wall aka building encumbrance ;-)
