The costs for the door element seem quite high to me.

About a year ago, I bought an apartment entrance door online with a 3-point locking system, single-colored anthracite CPL. A cheap brand, but qualitatively okay. The door with frame, without cylinder/handle set, was already around €750 gross. "Brands" were around €1,000 gross. In this respect, the price of the door element is completely reasonable. However, the installation is extremely expensive.

I also think that it is a contemporary price for a contemporary door. Something like that, which was presumably inside, will no longer fit. You are getting a new apartment door, not an old one.

So around 400 euros for the door leaf of an apartment entrance door with locking mechanism, lock, [türgriff] must be expected. The frame about 200-300 euros. I wouldn't pay more than 200 euros for installation either. And these are not bargain prices. 900 euros is already well paid.

I actually find the price reasonable. In 2016, we paid 1,100 euros for the replacement of an apartment entrance door in a multi-family house (however, this was covered by the tenant's insurance).

In the current situation, maybe difficult, but couldn't you get a comparative offer from a company of your choice?
