Anyone else having problems with progres funding in Helios-controlled residential ventilation?

Today a letter arrived asking me to please submit the DIBT approval of my controlled residential ventilation system.

I already had this at the time, as there was an approval for the funding, but now during the final inspection, they believe that the submitted DIBT approval is not for my controlled residential ventilation system.

I have the Helios controlled residential ventilation system EC 500 W, but in the approval, instead of a "W" it says "Pro" and "Eco."

However, both in the manual of the controlled residential ventilation system the DIBT approval number Z-51.3-226 is stated (where again only Pro and Eco are mentioned) and in the current brochure on the page, the controlled residential ventilation system is advertised with that approval number.

I still have bad feelings that the 1000 euros are lost... but maybe someone has had experience with this?

Email to Helios is sent - I am curious what they will say about it.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you... hope the manufacturer takes this seriously; not good press at all.

Thank you - if necessary, I will go to consumer protection. It is simply inadmissible advertising...

I am also curious about the opinion of the seller who sent me the approval back then and knew about the subsidy.

for the Controlled Residential Ventilation EC 500 W, an individual case approval can be applied for if you send us the attached application form completed (replace all project-specific data printed in bold and in { } with the actual values).

We will forward the application immediately to the responsible ministry. The processing time at the ministry is approximately 6-8 weeks. As soon as we receive the individual case approval, you will receive it along with the required documents.

So, if someone has such a device and wants the funding, they should request this approval. The BR Arnsberg accepted the delay – the money is not lost :).

Could you send me the approval once? I was also sent the approval of the Pro by Helios at the time. I find that really strange!
