Hello,
when people talk about additional construction costs, I keep reading amounts of 20,000 to 30,000 to 40,000 to 50,000 euros.
Regardless of how high the costs actually are or will be in the end, what is always included in that calculation?
When additional construction costs are mentioned, does that already include things like:
- Property transfer tax
- Insurance (shell construction)
- Building permit
Or is it "just" the usual suspects like:
- Water, sewage, electricity, gas from the property boundary into the house
- Earthworks
What all is included in that? Or is it always up to the discretion of the viewer?
