Am I allowed to shovel on Sunday or is it prohibited?

In our new development area, slots were milled last weekend, more precisely on Sunday (we already live there, three houses away from the construction site in question) from about 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Windows open and closed, the action was nonstop. Nobody here is bothered. But this is also in NRW.

I have also worked on Sundays with an angle grinder and a miter saw but always with the windows closed. However, almost everyone in my future neighborhood does it that way. It has to get done.

As I said, I have the same opinion. But you know how women can be sometimes..

Anyway, I shoveled for a few more hours, and a few of the new neighbors came to watch. It really didn’t bother anyone.
