Paving work with driveway and terrace = 15,000 euros

If you add a buffer, it should work out. In case of doubt, you can also help out yourself. For 40 sqm of paving, we paid 7,000 euros last year. For the house entrance with a platform, we were at 5,500 euros and for 45 sqm terrace (ceramic tiles), we paid 10,500 euros. So calculate with 20,000 euros and then it will work out.

Roll lawn = 5,000 euros

It depends on how much soil you still have to bring in. The roller itself should be fine for 2,000. But there's a lot more that goes with it: lawn edging, beds, trees, hedge, etc. You'll be surprised at what all comes with it afterwards. Better calculate 10-12,000 euros for the item "garden".

All offers we have are rather at least twice as much... Most around 30k

So you should be able to get the kit with a bit of internet searching for about 5-6k (with steel roof). Assembly by an all-rounder (caretaker or landscaping) at 100 €/hour gross (rather high for such companies) should not cost more than 4,000. I would be surprised if more than 40 man-hours add up. I can’t name a specific provider for you, I still have that ahead of me too, but searching results in such material prices. I will probably do the assembly myself.
