Alternative to annuity loans?

which alternatives to a conventional annuity loan are recommended? I have come across the cap loan, the Euribor loan, and the installment repayment loan. Are there other financing options for residential construction?

Furthermore, I am very interested to know if there are any options for [schufafreie Kredite] in this regard.

There are various ways to replace an annuity loan, but most are riskier or more costly. I cannot imagine any bank in Germany making such a sum without [Schufa].. it would be grossly negligent to do so.. because anyone who has problems there will almost certainly have problems with the loan as well.

There is also the possibility of a bullet loan in connection with an investment savings plan or a fixed-term deposit. This leads to a much shorter term and a lower installment (with fixed-term deposit). Unfortunately, you do not get this type of financing at the bank because the loan is repaid in full at maturity and the bank therefore loses interest.
