Sorry if I misunderstand: Does Qp 55% refer to having 45% less than according to the Energy Saving Ordinance? And H‘t 70% then mean 30% less than according to the Energy Saving Ordinance?

The energy consultant calculated that. We are building without KFW, therefore I don’t even know if it is now 55 or 70.

What Qp and H‘t (like with Alex85?) did he calculate for you and how much are you below the Energy Saving Ordinance?

The reference value for the annual primary energy demand is 62 kwh/sqm*a, right?
