Air-water heat pump 300 sqm living area + indoor + cooling provider?

We are planning a new single-family house in Stuttgart with 300 sqm of living space. Currently, a Dimplex 16 TES air-to-water heat pump is planned. Are there alternatives with cooling via the floors for indoor installation (without split)? I am already familiar with Viessmann Vitocal 200 and Stiebel Eltron WLKS 17 IBCS. Dimplex and Vaillant have nothing in their range. Ochsner and Hoval have not responded yet.

16kW and new construction, I would reconsider that early. Is there a heating load calculation? Must it be installed indoors?

16kw? Too much in my opinion, 11 should be enough. However, there is no heat load calculation yet. The building application is just being submitted. Indoor installation is mandatory for us, yes.
