Hello,
It is worthwhile when you – and this has not yet happened here in the forum – describe the provider and the process of your construction project as honestly as possible; _without_ personal disparagement or blanket negative statements; so just report what is true. You would not be the first and certainly not the last to whom this forum has helped solely by virtue of its publicity.
The worst thing is that builders almost always let themselves be pressured because they fear that describing the circumstances will only delay their project further or, in the worst case, that it will not be completed at all. In doing so, they generally forget that German courts – with few exceptions – usually decide in favor of the builders AND that very few providers even want to take this step.
A provider must also adhere to agreements/legal regulations. The builders who do not let themselves be pressured, who confront their providers on equal footing – what should happen in doubt through a publication here – provided it corresponds to the pure truth? – often find a compromise with their providers!
