2.00 to 2.50€/m² are ONLY for gas/water/electricity, depending on insulation ([Kfw 70 / 55]) and personal comfort, it can be more or less. My women get cold quite quickly, so it is usually a bit warmer here ;) Telephone, insurance, etc. are extra. For maintenance/repairs I would budget 50-100€/month. You won’t need it at the beginning, but when you have to replace the boiler in 8-10 years......
