Hello experts, I have already worked through the relevant threads on the topic. We want to buy a plot of land with a slight slope. According to the soil report from the development of the building area, slightly stony subsoil without groundwater is to be expected. I will now have 2-3 test pits with reports done in advance of the land purchase. The soil surveyor who examined the area for the municipality back then (1992) said that groundwater etc. was not a problem at that time. However, changes can occur from plot to plot here. Only 10 km as the crow flies away in the commercial area (also at the top of a slope) pressing groundwater was suddenly discovered at a depth of 3 meters from the turf, 100 m further suddenly rocky soil at 1 m depth.
Just in case, if there should be a problem with groundwater, what additional costs for a waterproof basement instead of a masonry basement (30 cm Poroton) can I expect? The base area of the house will be approximately 9x9m.
Thank you very much
