But honestly: the proximity to your favored construction area hardly plays a role here.

Again: most of the costs that the original poster listed, whether wrong or too low, depend on the service provider or company. And that's why proximity is irrelevant. Only the connection costs should be the same through Hamburg, however, one can quickly inquire about the current values/prices (so not four years old) via the telephone line.
