Additional charge for reinforced concrete stairs?

Extra charge for colored windows outside 3100€ - Extra charge for electric roller shutter with simple switch 380€ per window

Both quite normal, in my experience. How many windows? Foiled or dyed through? The concrete staircase was available to us at a significantly lower extra charge (I don't remember the exact number).
