Yes, poorly expressed. We will inquire about the cost of the pipe pre-installation in order to then decide whether it is financially worthwhile to wait with the installation of the bathroom.

But you’re not seriously dreaming of a package price where the remaining 80% of the bathroom cost only a small sip more (?)

No, my question simply had the background that I wanted to know your assessment of whether it would be worthwhile to have a "simple" standard bathroom installed later by doing it myself / or through separate companies, or whether it would not be worthwhile and it would be better to have it done directly by the developer.

If the children are now in kindergarten and are supposed to have their own floor with a bathroom later as high school students, then waiting is definitely worth it. The more concrete it is that this bathroom will be needed the year after next, the more pointless waiting becomes. The benefit is always at least that if the bathroom is built promptly, it will also be stylish according to the trends of that time and not those of today. The prices of ceramics will not explode by then, nor will the tilers' wages.

We have also had the preparation with pipes and exhaust ducts installed upstairs. That involved an additional cost of 500 euros, so we didn't hesitate long. This way we are free whether it will be needed at some point or not.
