Acquisition of property from the municipality - parts with sidewalk

Hello, thank you for your answers. The topic has really stirred up the Verbandsgemeinde :-) We would like to have the property because we want to include the setback area. On Monday, it will be discussed in a meeting. It will probably be the case that we are even allowed to remove the sidewalk, but of course we have to ensure a neat finish. I will report on Monday...
