A transformer unknown to me in the kitchen

I'll put it this way: When I had to set up a lighting system and switch the lights for the reverse gear during my journeyman's exam as an auto locksmith in 2002, the dipped headlights were blinking. It didn't get any better over time, since I never worked in this profession... So electricity isn't really my thing. But I'm also not as clueless as I made the questions seem. 80% plan and just try the rest. If you end up with 95%, everything's all good. I'll just connect a new transformer and that's it. Sure, go ahead, if a few small mistakes occur and according to your assumption 95% of the family survive it, that’s still a decent rate. It’s only electricity.
