I wouldn’t panic here just yet.. 1. A 22 cm ceiling realistically doesn’t cost more than a 20 cm one. If you have a fair BU, they’ll just handle it. Nobody cares if the house ends up 2 cm higher. 2. 75 mm pipes fit just as well in a 20 cm ceiling. What really matters is more or less where the pipes are laid, not how thick the ceiling is. Did the structural engineer give precise instructions on where the pipes should go? If not, then he has no idea anyway and probably put on so much reinforcement steel that it will hold anyway.
