3 years fixed interest rate - Which banks do this?

does anyone know which banks / brokers offer a fixed interest rate period of 3 years? The brokers we spoke to all only offered a 5-year fixed interest rate period. Only Deutsche Bank made us an offer, but it was so bad that one could already consider financing for 5 years again.

You will not get any interest savings over 5 years for 3 years. Therefore: what do you need it for?

Or alternatively immediately variable. The risk is also quite limited due to the short term.

So you are planning based on unlaid eggs. Who knows at what price the house will be sold in 1-2 years, if at all. I would finance your property normally and negotiate a 10% special repayment. Then the debt will be paid off very quickly in case of doubt.
